Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and store all materials complying with related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Dispense materials complying with related SOP
Prepare the Goods Received Memo (GRM) & Material Receiving Information (MRI) and maintain all the store related register/stock cards in time
Delivery of finished goods to Central Warehouse (CWH)
Perform toll manufacturing related activities
Receive, store & issue the Raw Materials (RM) & Packaging Materials (PM), Finished Goods (FG), spare parts, stationery & consumable items manually as well as using DSS/SAP software
Prepare the stock statement for all RM, PM, FG, stationery & consumable items
Perform all the store activities complying with the rules & regulations of DGDA, ISO & BSTI
Preserve all the related documents of receiving, dispensing & issuing materials
Supervise cleaning works of store areas
Supervise of all the graded staff & casual staff of the store
Any other duties assigned by the Management
