Educational Requirements:
∎ Mater's in any discipline from reputed university.
∎ Degree from public University will be preferable and PGD in SCM will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, store and issue or dispensing all the materials/finished products complying SOP.
∎ Prepare the GRM and MRI and maintain all the store related register/stock cards in time.
∎ Receive, store and issue the RM and PM, Spare parts, stationery and consumable items manually as well as by using DSS software.
∎ Prepare the stock statement for all RM, PM, FP, stationery and consumable items.
∎ Perform all related documents of receiving, dispensing and issuing materials.
∎ Supervise of cleaning works of FMD stores area.
∎ Supervise all the graded staffs and casual staffs of FMD store.
∎ Discharge any other duty entrusted by the manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Working experience in Food manufacturing/Pharmaceuticals industry will be preferred.
∎ Willingness to drive proactively.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
