Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Microbiology, Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Microbial Analysis of Milk (Raw Milk, In-Process, Finished Products)
∎ Environment Monitoring of Processing Plant (Production Floor & Machine)
∎ Microbial analysis of Raw Materials, Packaging Material & Process Water
∎ SOP development (Method & Process)
∎ Maintain liaison with local regulatory body regarding licensing. (BSTI & BFSA)
∎ Conducting training regularly in production floor regarding GMP & Hygiene

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in R&D will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience in ISO-22000:2018 certified company will be an added advantage.
