Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the production of all food products (Toll Production) from the acquisition of all materials up to processing and subsequent packaging till the delivery of finished products to the warehouse.
∎ Organize duties of Operators/ Process Workers/ Packers effectively and handles technical problems in production.
∎ Provide overall direction for the technical and administrative operations in the dispensing, processing and packaging area.
∎ Ensure the review of all BMR and BPR and the production is executed in accordance with the batch processing procedures and batch packaging procedures.
∎ Check & monitor in process parameters as per BMR & BPR to ensure that products are produced within in-house limits, maintain WIP & compliance to regulatory body such as BSTI.
∎ Prepare Daily & Monthly production report, compilation of batch documents & others related documentations of Food Manufacturing Division.
∎ Provide training to workers for ensuring quality system in place in every steps of production.
∎ Perform Production Planning and Product development works, Preparation of SOPs, training need analysis and arranges various training program for production department.
∎ Communicate to senior management for any problems or obstacles that arise during production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Candidates having 2/3 years of experience in a reputed Pharmaceutical/ Food company will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Good interpersonal and communication skills, Hard Working, Microsoft Office Applications, team work
