∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Work experience in Product Development (Specially in both Formulation and Analytical development in any reputed Pharmaceutical Company)
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
∎ Should have knowledge on cGMP and GLP rules and regulation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out Pre-formulation Study, prepare technical data, Annexure and recipe to submit Drugs Administration of all dosage form (OSD, Liquid, Semisolid, Sterile and Oncology products).
∎ Raise requisition for required raw and packaging materials for developing lab batch/pilot batch.
∎ Perform lab batch and pilot batch considering critical attributes.
∎ Conduct Analysis of Raw Materials and Finished Products.
∎ Prepare Drug Testing Laboratory (DTL) Sample submission in case of INN products and perform testing for approval purposes.
∎ Develop raw & packaging materials specifications, Analytical report sheet and prepare machine trial report of packaging materials.
∎ Prepare BMR, BPR, Process validation protocol and perform the validation of first three commercial batches evaluate the process and prepare report.
∎ Compile the product master file with approved documents & prepare the SOP for related activities of product development.
∎ Develop new sources to enlarge the vendor list.
∎ Review formulation of existing products based on product or market complaints, stability-related problems or cost-saving need.
