Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement organizational development and change management initiatives.
∎ Contribute to the development, review, and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
∎ Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and continuous improvement.
∎ Drive employee engagement, performance, and cultural alignment projects.
∎ Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure smooth execution of strategic HR initiatives.
∎ Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely, effective delivery.
∎ This role will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and enable successful change adoption. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of organizational dynamics, change methodologies, and human capital strategies to support the organization’s growth and transformation objectives.
