Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Coordinate with Line Managers and Head of HR to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions and job specifications.Source candidates through various channels such as Online job portals, social media, and professional networks.Arrange interviews to identify the right candidate and make recommendations to the Head of HR.Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.Handle all correspondence with candidates regarding employment, including offer letters, contracts, and other related documents.Prepare all necessary documents to obtain approvals from management for hiring decisions, salary offers, and other employment-related matters.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment and hiring process.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.Process and issue Employees’ ID Cards and Visiting Cards for both new and existing employees at the Corporate Office and Factory Office.Assist in the Employees’ Performance Management system to meet departmental objectives.Identify future recruitment need & pro-actively source, recruit & develop talent pool.Develop an on-campus recruitment program, and participate in career fairs.Provide accurate and timely reports to the management.Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
