∎ Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Customs, VAT & Income Tax Management.
∎ or VAT & Tax Management Training. (Not Mandatory)

∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Should have process & practical knowledge of VAT & Tax.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Maintain VAT registers (6.1, 6.2, and 6.2.1) in line with the raw material purchase and consumption ratios.
∎ 2. Prepare VAT reconciliation statements, ensuring alignment between VAT and accounting records.
∎ 3. Prepare documentation for monthly VAT returns.
∎ 4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT reports to confirm VAT rebates.
∎ 5. Issuance of VAT invoices, including Mushak-6.3 and 6.5
∎ 6. Maintain effective communication and liaison with VAT regulators to ensure smooth operations.
∎ 7. Prepare necessary supporting documents for input-output coefficients (Mushak-4.3)
∎ 8. Reconcile purchases and sales records with monthly accounts to support VAT returns.
∎ 9. Assist to submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak-9.1) via the online system as required.
∎ 10. Handle any other VAT-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
