∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Preference for individuals who worked in similar roles for a minimum of 02 (two) years in a group of companies.
∎ Proven experience with the Graphics Design/ Creative Design Department.
∎ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Bangla).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create visuals based on specific requirements and project briefs.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
∎ Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients or team members.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, meet brand standards, and are ready for production.
∎ Develop marketing and branding communication materials.
∎ Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to develop designs and contribute ideas.
