Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate, BBA/MBA from reputed public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deal with all kinds of license and maintain liaison with Government authority.
∎ Supervise and monitor all kinds security issues like security guard, CCTV and alarm systems
∎ Prepare necessary HR documents required by the company
∎ Maintain all the administrative activities of the office including Coordinate with different departments to ensure their operation is running smoothly.
∎ Conduct all sorts of emergency response drills.
∎ Implementation of company policies, compliance and procedures.
∎ Ensure office supplies and arrange accommodation, transportation, and other events as required.
∎ Maintaining & Execution of company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policy.
∎ Look after the factory premises dormitory & guest house.
∎ Monitoring the daily workers attendance, control OT & check documentation.
∎ Handle factory emergencies and grievances of employees, investigation and disciplinary action.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Factory HR & Admin will be given preference.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Satisfactory knowledge in Administration & Security system.
∎ Incumbent must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking & team player.
∎ Good Communicate skill in English.
∎ Adequate knowledge of Office application.
