∎ JOB PURPOSE: To support the development and implementation of digital interventions to assist microfinance program to optimize process, increase operational efficiency, reduce costs while ensuring program`s long-term sustainability and establish digital ecosystem that will support microfinance clients to adapt better to the changing digital landscape of the microfinance sector.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the team to meet the business requirements to develop and implement digital and audiovisual content for internal staff and end users.
∎ Assist in coordinating and managing partnerships with different internal and external stakeholders
∎ Effective field visits for collecting stories, situation analysis, events & various visual contents to help make quality content for the unit.
∎ Support to ensure smooth field execution and adaptation of new initiatives & plans through campaign activities.
∎ Collect feedback & thoughts from the field force and take necessary steps to address the feedback and incorporate them in ideation for making the project more effective for the client.
∎ Support the team in visual & written documentation, capturing meeting minutes, and preparing articles, materials and other time-to-time writeups for the unit.
∎ Provide training/refresher training to field staff/clients as necessary.
∎ Assist in executing project-based various plans.
∎ Innovate and share new ideas to continue the process of the unit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Hands-on experience in development operations and industries.
∎ Sound knowledge on content development and management.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Problem-solving, analysing client cases and results-driven skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is required
