Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Fashion Merchandising / Marketing / Business Administration.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and merchandising in a reputed garments/apparel manufacturing company.

• Strong experience in dealing with international buyers (US, EU, UK or others markets preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and production flow.

• Sound knowledge of costing, T&A planning, and product development.

• Proficiency in MS Office, power point presentation skills and good written communications skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• High integrity, proactive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a garments related experienced and dynamic Senior Merchandiser to lead and manage our merchandising and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing buyer accounts, ensuring timely execution of orders, and working closely with production to ensure smooth operations from order confirmation to shipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing presentations, product ranges, and promotional materials tailored to targeted markets and clients.

• Collaborate in the preparation of competitive analysis and buyer profiling to understand market trends and customer preferences.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers to explore upselling or new product category opportunities.

• Support the Marketing & Business Development team in identifying and approaching potential buyers, brands, and sourcing agents.

• Gather buyer feedback and market intelligence to propose new design or pricing strategies in collaboration with design and sourcing teams.

• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all products meet customer and company quality standards from start to finish.

• Monitor production closely to ensure quality, quantity, and delivery timelines are met.

• Manage T&A (Time & Action) calendar to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Coordinate with design, sampling, sourcing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Assist to Collect raw material procurement, production follow-up, and quality assurance with relevant departments.

• Collect individual orders from beginning to shipment and ensuring they are delivered on time with quality.

• Develop new samples as per the buyer`s standard, specification & quality, and maintain on-time submission.

• Candidate should have to be fluent and efficient in both written and oral communication in English. The candidate should be experienced in the denim manufacturing process.
