Skills Required: Additional Requirements: 5–7 years (for Executive/Manager roles) in the GPQ function of a garments factory.
Experience working with major buyers (e.g., Kik, LPP, Inditex, Next,
John Richmond, Matalan, Calliope etc.) is preferred.
Strong understanding of garment manufacturing and quality processes.
Excellent knowledge of AQL, SOPs, and buyer requirements.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

Job Purpose:
To ensure that garments are produced in compliance with buyer quality standards by monitoring production processes and quality checkpoints from cutting to final inspection.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the full production process to ensure compliance with buyer standards.
- Arrange & coordinate PP meeting with buyer representative & prepare all tasks for PP meeting.
- Ensure timely approvals from buyer representatives.
- Taking sample approval from buying house.
- Ensure inline, pre-final, and final inspections are conducted as per SOP.
- Maintain quality consistency across all production lines.
- Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) and Production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Follow and implement AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspection systems.
- Review tech packs, buyer manuals, and measurement sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with merchandising and technical teams regarding buyer comments and approvals.
- Communicate & appraise buying QC on all QA activities.
- Independently work with work with buying QC during final final inspections.
- Prepare and maintain all quality-related documentation and reports.
- Ensure that factory operations comply with buyer audit requirements (e.g., WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI).
- Provide training and guidance to line inspectors and quality auditors.
- Attend buyer inspections and address any quality concerns raised
- To enhance accuracy and efficiency.
