• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management / Management / relevant field

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 5–8 years of experience in store/warehouse management in RMG industry

• Hands-on experience in both woven & knit materials handling

• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Store to manage store operations for both woven and knit units. The role involves ensuring accurate inventory control, smooth material flow, and efficient coordination with production and sourcing teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee store operations for woven & knit materials (fabric, trims, accessories, chemicals, yarn, etc.)

• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of all materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP updates

• Implement FIFO/FEFO for stock management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages/excess

• Prepare and maintain all store documentation (GRN, MR, Issue Slip, Bin Card, etc.)

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, shrinkage, or wastage

• Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, commercial, and planning teams

• Lead and supervise store personnel for efficient operations

• Ensure compliance with internal audit, compliance, and safety standards
