• Core Skills: Proficiency chart making, grading, and in-depth knowledge of garment production methods and textile properties.

• Age Range: 25 – 40 years.

• Review Sample Requisition Files (SRF) for manufacturing feasibility and ensure material suitability.

• Alert Merchandising teams immediately to any identified technical mismatches or feasibility concerns.

• Prepare detailed measurement charts and technical data for the programming team.

• Incorporate all critical feedback received from Tech-Pack and Risk Assessment (PDRA) meetings into technical specs.

• Manage the Swatch Request Process (SRP) and oversee initial trials to establish baseline quality standards.

• Ensure early development stages align with production-ready standards.

• Execute in-process technical validations and quality inspections.

• Conduct physical assessments of components and finished garments to guarantee precise dimensional stability and stitch integrity.

• Oversee final product fitting and aesthetics to ensure 100% compliance with customer specifications.

• Attend internal and external meetings to review, understand, and finalize customer-specific requirements.

• Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technical Lab, and Pre-Production teams.

• Coordinate with external suppliers and customer technical teams as required.

• Ensure proper 5S, housekeeping, and strict adherence to all compliance requirements.
