Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in textile dyeing operations
Strong knowledge of different dyeing techniques (Woven, reactive, disperse, etc.)
Experience in handling modern dyeing machines and automation systems
Good understanding of color matching, chemical usage, and process optimization
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., OEKO-TEX, environmental regulations) is an advantage
Job Summary
The Dyeing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire dyeing process in the textile division, ensuring high-quality output, cost efficiency, and compliance with production timelines. This role requires strong technical expertise in dyeing processes, team leadership, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and manage all dyeing operations to meet production targets and delivery deadlines
· Ensure consistent shade matching and color accuracy as per buyer requirements
· Monitor dyeing processes (batching, chemical dosing, temperature control, etc.) for optimal performance
· Supervise and guide dyeing team, including operators, supervisors, and technicians
· Maintain quality standards and minimize reprocessing, shade variation, and wastage
· Coordinate with lab, finishing, and production departments for smooth workflow
· Optimize chemical and dye consumption to reduce cost without compromising quality
· Troubleshoot dyeing issues and implement corrective actions promptly
· Ensure proper maintenance of dyeing machines and equipment
· Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and compliance standards
· Monitor production reports, analyze data, and prepare daily/weekly reports for management
· Support new product development and bulk production approvals
