Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 2 years

• Age At least 18 years
• Only Male

• Monitor line wise production by hourly output basis.

• Skill-matrix database makes and monitoring.

• WIP control in sewing cutting & finishing section.

• Ensure line balancing as per layout, time & motion study for all styles.

• Systemic group planning & execution of total production flow as well as balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.

• Formulate production plan based on machine, manpower, study the M/C layout to achieve the optimum productivity.

• Develop Strategy to achieve the targeted productivity.

• Ensure effective utilization of company resource.

• Follows up time study ,capacity study, production study.

• Monitor operator’s skill level.

• Utilize time study, motion study & Idle man, machine hours on daily basis.

• monitor set base target ,semi-critical & critical operations, ensure the implementation of line and special incentive policy.

• Low performance operators monitoring, workers motivate & operators skill upgrade.

• Efficiency tracking reports.

• Involve in PP meeting & Implement lean concept.

• Find out bottleneck & quality issue & attend to solve it.

• Effective utilization of man, machine & materials.

• Operation breakdown, layout, bulletin make & strictly maintain in sewing floor & higher line balance efficiency.

• All consumption (Binding, Tape, Draw cord, elastic, thread) maintain in floor.

• Remove bottleneck through motion & method study.

• Cycle time study, Method & motion study, 5-S training, implement lean & 7 wastage reduce.

• Follow up KPI, Weekly low performance operator meeting, monitor monthly projection & labor cost analysis & maintain shipment schedule.

• Any other task assign by Management.
