Responsibilities & Context:
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Sewing Spares Parts.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing & Quality
Track orders and ensure timely delivery & Quality
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Identify and source mechanical components and materials.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new vendor relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team.
Prepare and manage purchase orders.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
Prepare regular reports on purchase activities and market conditions.
