Responsibilities & Context:
• Must have hands-on experience managing Walmart (USA) accounts.
• Capable of confidently managing and executing individual accounts with full ownership.
• Strong communication skills with buyer and supplier.
• Check Order confirmation details with the suppliers
• Follow up to take the packing list for approval from the customer.
• To log the sample request to the sample room for all types of samples except production-related samples.
• To ensure customer satisfaction with production and shipment troubleshooting for smooth delivery.
• Production planning and follow-up
• Quality Assurance details and information to pass the understanding capability
• Sourcing new factories
