• Candidate experienced in handling Bestseller Buyer will be given preference.

• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

• Well conversant with IT equipment.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser experienced in Woven Shirt Marketing & Merchandising for Bestseller Buyer in the Marketing & Merchandising Department.

Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.

• Manage order enquiry to business conversion.

• Fulfill factory capacity & be responsible for rational quantity of order booking & delivering for the company.

• Manage SMV and yield & collect the best Trims and fabric cost to prepare a competitive garment.

• Prepare order break down, ERP update, TNA, and book materials (fabric/accessories) within the time frame.

• Fabric must be booked in 1 day and accessories within 7 days.

• Arrange all materials to make different samples within the TNA defined by customers: Development, Proto, FIT, PP, TOP & GPT etc.

• Follow through and keep all time update: customer PLM, TC’s & Suppliers Portal, etc.

• Manage buying all standard materials, regular follow up and bringing them in-time to meet plan cut dates (PCD’s).

• Responsible for closing all approvals – be it DTM trims, lab-dips, bulk dye lots, bulk washes, all types of samples & testing, etc. that are required to ship bulk garments on time.

• Manage production booking, line plan, and target VS actual production monitoring. 

• Work closely with inter-departments.

• Follow up washes, prints, embroidery & all outsource activities.

• Manage customer-centric approach.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
