B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be given preference.

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Operations for a 100% Export Oriented Woven Shirt Manufacturing Factory.
Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.
Directly report to the Managing Director.
Oversee all aspects of business operations and be responsible for driving business growth and profitability.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize business performance and achieve operational goals.
Manage day-to-day operations of the factory.
Ensure 100% PCD for all the orders.
Ensure 100% on-time shipment of all orders.
Ensure that inspection of the goods is done within 7 days from the shipment date.
Ensure 95% pre-final quality and 100% final quality of the finished goods of all the orders.
Ensure that the sewing floors are running at an average efficiency of 65%-70%.
Ensure zero line feeding or zero equipment changeover time.
Monitor hourly and daily production targets of all the orders so that initiatives can be taken regularly to avoid rejection or short shipment of any orders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers & other stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors & customers’ feedback to identify opportunities & inform business decisions.
Develop and implement policies & procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting & monitoring expenses.
Train & develop a team of employees to ensure smooth operation of the business.
Develop & maintain a positive work culture, including fostering teamwork, collaboration & employee engagement in different departments.
Ensure quality control & continuous improvement of products & services.
Review & analyze operational reports & metrics to evaluate performance & identify areas for improvement.
Manage risk & ensure business continuity by planning for & responding to potential disruptions or crises.
Maintain a high level of professionalism & integrity in all business dealings.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
