• Responsible for the sample section about achieving high customer satisfaction as per customer requirement.

• To review and analyses before making sample whether it is suitable or not for production.

• To develop sample as per buyer requirement based on artwork and provide necessary support.

• To attend the bulk production PP meeting to discuss regarding style and provide technical support.

• To conduct risk assessments for each style and arrange review meetings with the IED team.

• To review & analyse Tech Pack & guideline relevant team to do their task easily.

• Maintain documentation for BOM/TECH PAC/Pattern & Machine arrangement, Yard Yield Estimation - YYE/SAM.

• Maintain regular update for BOM/PAC/Unify Sample Order system.

• Record customer, stakeholders and other team's feedback to shape features and products.

• Ensure Dummy Fitting Photo as per MER/ Customer Requirement.

• Ensure USS & ACE system TA Task as per plan.

• Maintain detailed records of Sample Submission status.

• Record and organize feedback from MER, Customer and other teams.

• Keeping daily, weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Sample Internal and external FPY report.

• Any other task assigned by management.
