Job Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Denim Specialist to lead our Denim R&D Department at our textile mill. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of denim products ensuring that they are fashionable and meet market trends.

Job Responsibilities

• Research market trends and new developments to create fashionable denim products

• Preparing new collections for all customers of the company and presentation to the customer.

• Organize and support fabric development with designers and fabric/finish managers

• Preparing new collections for all customers of the company and presentation to the customer

• Oversee the development of denim products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Manage a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products are produced efficiently and effectively

• Enhanced denim collections by incorporating innovative designs and sustainable materials.

• Delivered exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive overall experience with the brand.

• Streamlined communication between design and production teams, facilitating efficient workflows and reducing lead times.

• Communicated effectively with clients throughout the entire design process, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Monthly Basic Salary $1800

• Yearly 2 Fesival Bonus ( Subject to Length of Service)
