We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Textile Process Manager(Denim) to oversee, optimize, and elevate every stage of our denim manufacturing process. In this critical role, you will ensure our products set the industry standard for quality, sustainability, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing full-scale denim production processes ensuring operational efficiency.

• Lead and supervise all stages of the denim textile process, including fiber selection, dyeing, weaving, finishing, and quality control.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product consistency.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design teams to translate creative vision into viable production processes.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions across production lines.

• Pioneer sustainable practices, minimizing environmental impact while maintaining exceptional output standards.

• Mange scheduling and workflow planning, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality or safety.

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors, building strong relationships to secure high-quality raw materials at optimal costs.

• Mentor and train staff members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork throughout your department.

• Create comprehensive reports, analyzing data on process metrics to inform strategic decisions for process optimization.

• Leading machine installation, process setup, and quality management initiatives.

• Developing and implementing production schedules to maximize output.

• Driving cost reduction strategies and enhancing productivity.

Job Other Benifits:
