- Experience in well known and renowned organization.
- Have knowledge on monitoring BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, INDITEX, etc. and related welfare issues and assist in different audits as requirements.
- Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules.
- Sound knowledge on all welfare activities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: Tusuka is looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has initiative, innovative, Take Challenges, quick learner, honesty & Sincerity, analytical and self-confident.
Job Responsibilities:
Present at office in just time.
To motivate formation of different workers committee & monitoring all committee activities.
To monitor all opportunity & facilities (e.g. Canteen, restroom, childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water etc.) of workers. Aware of any leave and others rules & regulation to the worker.
Training conduct to the new workers.
Counseling to the worker and management to implement the laws and regulations in the factory.
To communicate the facility medical officer for more medical facilities of workers.
Report writing.
To arrange all workers committee meeting & prepare minutes of the meeting.
To keep all maternity benefit related documents properly.
Make a good relation between management & worker. Development of workers attitude. Health and Safety proper management.
Training conduct & counseling.
