• Strong technical knowledge of finishing processes, combined with leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in cross-departmental and supplier communication to ensure smooth operations.

• Capable of supervising, motivating, and inspiring team members.

• Solid understanding and practical skills in garment finishing operations.

• Relevant knowledge of overall garment manufacturing processes.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Basic computer literacy.

We are a worldwide Denim Top-Bottom exporter and premium manufacturer serving international markets, seeking a Production Manager – Finishing (Denim Expert). We’re looking for a hands-on, innovative, and results-driven professional to lead our finishing operations, deliver top-quality products, and drive team efficiency.

• Follow up on shipment plans and ensure achievement of packing targets, adjusting finishing lines as required, and analyzing individual worker performance.

• Implement and maintain buyer standards on tasks such as ironing, folding, and other finishing operations.

• Monitor the finishing process to ensure timely shipments and perform all related finishing duties.

• Coordinate with the team and buyer representatives to ensure on-time inspections.

• Verify and adjust line layouts for individual styles, balancing skilled manpower efficiently.

• Initiate finishing production in alignment with the monthly production plan.

• Ensure proper manpower allocation according to layout and achieve daily style-wise targets.

• Ensure all shipment deadlines are met.

• Maintain accurate daily records of finishing and packing output.

• Oversee finishing operations and manage inspections, including those by external buying office audits.

• Analyze products and prepare for line feeding to achieve the right quality the first time.

• Plan production schedules considering urgency, smooth workflow, and production requirements in consultation with the Senior Production Manager.

• Take preventive measures to avoid non-conformance and implement corrective actions for any non-conforming products.

• Coordinate with Quality Control and finishing sections to address any faults detected during processing
