• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Diploma in Risk & Social Compliance Management (preferred)

Preferred Certifications:

• CSCA (Certified Social Compliance Auditor)

• FEM/FSLM Verifier Certification

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a sourcing office or European retail supply chain environment.

Technical Skills Requirements

• Social Compliance Auditing (SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, SA8000)

• Knowledge of ILO Conventions & Bangladesh Labour Law

• HSE & ISO Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

• ESG Reporting (GRI, SASB, TCFD)

• Data Analysis (Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau)

• Knowledge of GHG Protocol & sustainability tools

• Familiarity with Textile Genesis (preferred)

• Strong skills in audit planning, root cause analysis, and CAP validation

• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Our fast-growing retail organization is expanding our business in Europe. For our Bangladesh liaison office, we are looking for professional candidates to fill the following position:

• Employment Status - Full-time: From Monday to Friday

• Workplace: Uttara and to visit factories

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct factory follow-up and verification audits in line with Code of Conduct and international standards

• Perform on-site inspections, worker interviews, and document reviews

• Develop and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)

• Ensure compliance with BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, SA8000 standards

• Monitor chemical usage and environmental practices

• Support implementation of HIGG Index and ESG platforms

• Prepare compliance reports and sustainability data analysis

• Maintain strong collaboration with QA teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Provide administrative support for compliance and sustainability documentation
