Technical Skills Requirements

• Must have strong working knowledge in Advance Microsoft Excel- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX–MATCH, Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts, Data Validation, Scenario Analysis, Macros / VBA, Dynamic charts, WIP / Capacity / Production trackers, Error checking & data auditing

• Must have strong working knowledge of Power BI, Python, and SQL for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Experience Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Lectra PLM (or similar fashion PLM software like Centric or PTC) is highly preferred.

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a sourcing office or European retail supply chain environment.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English and you must be comfortable "chasing" colleagues and vendors for information while maintaining professional relationships.

• Mind-set: Highly organized with a "detective" mind-set, you enjoy finding the real status behind the numbers and the style codes.

Our fast growing retail organization is expanding our business. For our Bangladesh liaison office we are looking for professional candidates to fill the following position:

Key Responsibilities

• Data Retrieval & Vendor Coordination: Proactively communicate with vendors across Asia to gather real-time updates on production milestones, shipment dates, and order status.

• System Management (Lectra PLM & Excel):  Maintain and update our Lectra PLM system to ensure all product data is current.

•  Manage complex Excel trackers to bridge the gap between raw vendor data and internal reporting requirements.

•  Analysis & Reporting: Analyze production data to identify potential delays or bottlenecks. Create weekly "WIP" (Work-In-Progress) reports for the global buying office.

• Data Integrity: Audit incoming data for inconsistencies and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies before they impact the supply chain.

•  Process Improvement: Suggest ways to automate data collection from vendors to reduce manual entry errors.

• Update and maintain our vendor score card as well as capacity planning/booking

• Drive the administrative follow up on our sustainability materials (check on CmiA, BCY Physical, Garment TC`s)

Employment Status : Full-time: From Monday to Friday (and sometimes Sunday in case of emergency)
