• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

Must have experience in purchasing Garments Accessories / Spare parts locally.Must have experience in ERP Software.Should be hard working, honest and sincere.

Purchasing all materials from local sources in line with company policies and requirements.

Creating a time and action plan for all orders and following up regularly.

Follow up prices, specifications, requirements and delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers using comparative statements (CS).

Regular market visit to analyze and prepare CS.

Ensure timely delivery of goods to the factory and following up with the store for timely receipt of the goods.

Ensuring timely submission of bills to accounts department for final settlement.

Maintain and prepare all purchase-related reports using ERP as and when needed.

Handling any other purchase-related tasks assigned by the management.

Update and maintain stock on regular basis.

Arrange meeting to hear the vendors to find out any problems and propose solution how to mitigate with new commitment for better bilateral business relation.

Follow up items need to import, on time LC opening, custom clearance etc.
