Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Finishing production role.
Strong knowledge of denim garments finishing standards.
Ability to handle large production volumes and multiple orders.
Expertise in shrinkage, shade variation, measurement consistency, and after-wash finishing issues.
Sound understanding of AQL, final inspection methods, and buyer finishing requirements.
Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Proficient in WIP control, production planning, and time management.
Good communication skill both in English and Bangla (Reading, writing and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, monitor, and control all finishing activities including thread trimming, pressing, tagging, packing, assortment, and final inspection.
Ensure finishing output meets daily production targets.
Coordinate with sewing, washing, and quality departments for smooth workflow and timely finishing.
Maintain proper finishing flow specific to denim bottoms (e.g., after washing checks, shade matching, measurement confirmation, metal detection, packing).
Ensure garments are finished according to buyer specs, trims requirements, and packing standards.
Maintain 100% quality compliance from finishing to packing.
Ensure measurements, shade, appearance, and finishing quality are properly controlled.
Work with Quality team to reduce rejection, rework, and defects.
Conduct final audits before buyer inspection and ensure AQL standards are maintained.
Allocate finishing manpower and balance the finishing lines as per production load.
Train workers on standard finishing processes, safety, and efficiency improvement.
Evaluate the performance of finishing operators, helpers, and line leaders.
Maintain daily production reports, finishing WIP reports, and packing records.
Monitor finishing inventory including poly bags, cartons, tags, stickers, and trims.
Prepare shipment readiness reports.
Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, 5S system, and compliance standards are maintained.
Ensure metal detection, needle policy, and security protocols are followed strictly.
Maintain a clean and organized finishing area.
Any other job assigned by the management when required.
