• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, consumption, costing & production workflow.

• Excellent communication skills in English (email, call, meeting).

• Skilled in T&A planning, Excel, and order management.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

• Handle buyer orders from development to final shipment.

• Communicate independently with buyers regarding sampling, costing, approvals, comments, and order updates.

• Prepare and monitor Time & Action Plan (T&A) and ensure on-time execution.

• Coordinate with sample room, production, planning, commercial, quality & procurement teams.

• Prepare costing sheets, negotiate price, confirm orders, and ensure smooth order execution.

• Follow up fabric, trims & accessories bookings, in-house status, and approvals.

• Attend PP meetings, maintain order files, consumption, BOM, and all documentation.

• Monitor production status, solve issues with relevant departments, and ensure shipment on schedule.

• Maintain strong communication with suppliers for raw material sourcing.

• Prepare daily/weekly status reports for management.
