• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong commercial, technical, costing & negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of fabric, trims, color, wash, printing, embroidery, QA & production workflow.

• Ability to lead a team and handle multiple buyers simultaneously.

• Excellent command of English for buyer communication.

• Skilled in Excel, email, T&A, BOM, WIP tracking.

• Must be organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

1. Manage the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.

2. Communicate independently with buyers for pricing, approvals, comments, revisions & order confirmation.

3. Prepare accurate costing, consumption, fabric yield, and negotiate price with buyers/vendors.

4. Develop samples with sample room and ensure on-time submission.

5. Create and monitor Time & Action Plan (T&A), ensuring all stages meet deadlines.

6. Coordinate closely with planning, production, quality, procurement, commercial & technical teams.

7. Ensure smooth execution of fabric, trims, and accessories booking & in-house flow.

8. Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and ensure order execution as per buyer requirements.

9. Lead internal team members (AM/Asst. Merchandisers), guide junior staff, and monitor performance.

10. Prepare weekly/monthly merchandising status reports for management.

11. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and support departments.
