• Basic knowledge of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems.

• Training or certification in fire pump operation, extinguisher servicing, or fire safety management will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.

• Good communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.

• Maintain, inspect, and ensure proper functioning of all fire safety equipment, including Fire Doors, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Hydrants, and associated safety systems.

• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and periodic inspection of new fire safety systems and equipment.

• Possess in-depth practical knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair of Fire Door and Sprinkler Systems.

• Have sound theoretical knowledge and demonstrate the capability to troubleshoot Fire Door and Sprinkler System faults and operational issues.

• Conduct regular fire and workplace risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare inspection, maintenance, incident, and compliance-related reports accurately and timely.

• Ensure prompt emergency response and provide support during fire or any emergency situation.

• Assist in conducting fire drills, evacuation exercises, and other emergency preparedness programs.

• Handle emergency and crisis situations effectively with sound judgment and quick response.

• Ensure workplace safety and maintain compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements.

• Assist in preparing for and facilitating local and international compliance audits.

• Maintain proper service, maintenance, and inspection records of all fire safety equipment and systems.
