Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related discipline from any recognized university.

• MBA or Master of Business Studies (MBS) will be given preference.

• At least 2 years

• Basic understanding of the merchandising process.

• Good communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, ERP systems, and email communication.

• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.

1. Handle order processing, follow-up, and sourcing of garment accessories including cartons, poly, elastic, twill tape, drawcord, labels, hangers, and other packaging materials.

2. Support senior merchandisers in sample development, submission, and approval processes.

3. Maintain regular communication with production teams and buyers, and collect price quotations from suppliers.

4. Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery in line with order requirements.

5. Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), maintain Purchase Orders (PO), and ensure proper documentation.

6. Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

7. Follow basic quality standards and compliance guidelines as per company and buyer requirements.

8. Prepare, update, and maintain reports as required by management.
