Must have Material Reconciliations experience in Denim Garments factories.
Must have work knowledge of ERP Software and MS Excel.
Good English communication.
Should have teamwork and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure material utilization and reconciliation from cutting to packing as per BOM and production plan.
Maintain accurate material receive, issue, return, and stock records through ERP systems.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure minimum stock availability.
Prepare daily and weekly stock, utilization, and variance reports.
Control overconsumption, shortages, and wastage of materials.
Ensure inbound and outbound material control, warehouse safety, and security.
Coordinate closely with Merchandising and Production teams.
Maintain and update ERP (K9/Tally)–based material records.
Guide store staff and follow company policies and procedures.
Perform any other task assigned by management.
