∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ The candidate should be technically sound in the Garment manufacturing process, market survey, and negotiation.
∎ Good Knowledge of costing and product development.
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the line manager to ensure order processing, design development, costing, production, and product shipment on time as per order.
∎ Able to quote the competitive price with cost sheet of pricing & negotiate with the buyer for taking the order.
∎ Ensure the merchandising activities in order to achieve the monthly and yearly targets.
∎ Monitoring individual orders from beginning to shipment and ensuring orders are delivered on time with quality.
∎ Monitoring and sourcing complete samples, lab dips, accessories, and trims from home & abroad and communicating with various suppliers to get the current price.
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports, etc.
∎ Follow-up production as per approved T & A;
∎ Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet;
∎ Monitor and follow up on daily production activities as per production.
∎ Follow-up & Coordination with the Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
∎ Maintain the required database and prepare required reports and presentations.
∎ Perform all other jobs assigned by the Line Manager/Department Head.
