∎ Bachelor/Masters in Textile Engineering or BBA/MBA in Apparel Merchandising from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising, Marketing and merchandising, Merchandising and Production., Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc.
∎ Monitoring for individual orders from beginning to shipment and ensuring orders are delivered on time with quality.
∎ Develop new samples as per buyer's standard, specification & quality and maintain on-time submission.
∎ Arrange Fabrics and Trims for new sample development.
∎ Work with Trims suppliers to ensure the right quality and on-time delivery.
∎ Maintain all approval processes of production.
∎ Communicate with the buyer for the approval process.
∎ Monitor and follow up daily production activities as per production.
∎ Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
∎ Maintain required database and prepare required reports and presentations.
∎ Perform all other jobs assigned by Line Manager/Department Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ The candidate should be technically sound in the Garment costing & manufacturing process.
∎ Work experience with reputed buying houses will get preference.
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Product development and execution of orders.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
