Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overall Quality Assurance/ Quality Control of the factory.
∎ Raw materials sampling and analysis of food products.
∎ In process quality control(IPQC).
∎ Identifying the root cause and action plan against any kind of quality related issues.
∎ Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
∎ Manage occupational safety, health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual.
∎ Submit a report regularly on raw materials, pH value and quality finished products accordingly.
∎ Prepare and submit daily performance report.
∎ Ensure proper documentation work (ISO, HACCP, BSTI, GMP, FDA) etc.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎ All kinds of products receiving analysing like RM/PM/Carton/Chemical production related all materials expertise, quality ensuring approved knowledge and microbiological work test.
