Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the yarn cotton wet processing department, including planning, execution, and optimization of processes.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
∎ Oversee the selection and testing of chemicals and dyes to be used in the wet processing of cotton yarn.
∎ Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and R&D to ensure alignment with company objectives.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in all processing activities.
∎ Train and mentor staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and source high-quality materials for processing.
∎ Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and proposed solutions to senior management.
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for Yarn Cotton Wet Processing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the yarn cotton wet processing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong textile or chemical engineering background from a reputed public university in Bangladesh and have extensive experience within the textile industry.
