Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS)
∎ MBA in Human Resources Management is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the overall HR Operational activities of the corporate business unit of the company.
∎ Recruit employees as per the manpower plan and management requirements.
∎ Generate periodic reports based on set and approved KPIs.
∎ Create, maintain, and monitor systems and records as per the relevant statuses.
∎ Plan and implement systems to ensure proper work discipline in the organization.
∎ Formulate and monitor systems for managing employee relations.
∎ Plan and organize rewards and recognition events.
∎ Implement a grievance handling system for the employees.
∎ Proactively identify areas for improvement in employee discipline and develop solutions for these.
∎ Feel the pulse of the employees and design initiatives.
∎ Maintain close personal contact with all employees and solve their problems within agreed parameters.
∎ Pass on relevant information to concerned persons at the earliest.
∎ To ensure coordination of all administrative functions-security, housekeeping, hospitality, and welfare.
∎ Conduct performance appraisals and confirmations as per schedule.
∎ Offer suggestions and implement in creating retention strategies.
∎ To provide a learning platform for continued development by identifying the training needs preparing training plans and implementing T & D plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be smart and have excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Should be self-motivated and dynamic
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in English and computer literacy is a must
