Responsibilities & Context:

The incumbent must have similar work experience in any ICT Products and Services sales and distribution company.

  • Analyzing the market to find the prospects based on the available product lines considering the assigned target from management.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Gather knowledge of the company's ICT products and services
  • Correspond with customers for selling products and services through physical visits, proposal submissions, and onward negotiation.
  • Maintaining existing customers through regular communication to retain as well as to gain new revenue.
  • Gather market and competitor information i.e. the product and pricing to get a competitive advantage
  • Visit potential customers for new business
  • Generating Leads, Making Calls, and Building prospects on the pipeline
  • Analyze and review potential business to ensure maximum profitability
  • Establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and company to ensure long-term business partnership
  • Provide a report on target, performance, and justification for business outcome
  • Ensure the product delivery is within the deadline.
  • Make sure the bill has been submitted on time to the client
  • Collection of due or outstanding within the timeline.
