Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or equivalent administration experience (e.g. RHCE or RHCA)
- 3-5 years of practical experience in enterprise application architecture with development skills
- Familiarity with Java development; additional skills in Node.js, Ruby, PHP, Spring and Play frameworks, Go, or .NET development are a plus
- Familiarity with Java EE development on technologies like Red Hat JBoss Middleware EAP,
- Solid presentation skills; ability to present to a mixed audience of technical and non-technical professionals
- Ability to simplify and explain technological concepts
- Proven experience in learning new technologies and helping others
- Background in consulting, pre-sales, or sales engineering
The following skills and experience will be considered a plus:
- Technical writing
- Linux containers and container clustering technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Rocket, and Open Container Project
- Application build automation tools like Apache Maven, Jenkins, and Git
- Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience using OpenShift by Red Hat, Google Compute Engine, Pivotal CF

Currently, we are looking for a young, energetic, and self-motivated individual as a Presales Engineer "RedHat" in our corporate business segment who has a detailed understanding of existing and evolving technology and also has hands-on experience in managing techno products (Networking and Server Storage) in any similar ICT industry.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions based on Red Hat technologies. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable, robust, and secure solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the design and architecture of Red Hat solutions to meet client objectives and maximize their technology investments.
Providing expert guidance on system integration, data protection, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and open-source solutions.
Developing comprehensive solution blueprints, including system specifications, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure successful solution delivery.
Conducting solution demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of Red Hat technologies.
Mentoring and providing technical leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Provide technical credibility for the Global Brand Sales team
Identify appropriate technologies to solve clients` problems
Scope, design, develop, test, and present proof of concept applications
Coach customers on using Red Hat technologies
Assist sales teams in answering technical questions, possibly in the form of RFPs or RFIs
Form relationships with the client`s technical staff to identify new opportunities
