Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To lead the sales & Installation team, you Must have proper knowledge of Surveillance products (like- CCTV Segment Products- Analog Cameras, DVR, Network Camera, NVR, Server, Access control, HHMD, HMD and Network Device).
∎ 2. Supports the sales force and leads the technical aspect of the selling process.
∎ 3. Including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.
∎ 4. Works closely with sales representatives along with potential clients that support direct/corporate/project sales.
∎ 5. Provides overall leadership on initiatives and projects.
∎ 6. Makes decisions for the team in support of set targets.
∎ 7. Builds trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts, such that they can leverage their domain and/or business/industry expertise to increase the company's credibility and communicate the company value proposition primarily in sales.
∎ 8. Situations that advance the sales of software.
∎ 9. Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional/technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients.
∎ 10. Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of our own products and others CCTV competitor brand analysis.
∎ 11. Working with the Team Head to ensure that all sales documentation and collateral are kept up-to-date and relevant.
∎ 12. Carry out any other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader/Management.
