Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the yearly manpower requirement throughout the group and preparing manpower planning accordingly.
∎ Recruiting, Interviewing, selecting & negotiating with the ideal candidates to fill the vacant positions and placing accordingly with a minimum cost and in an efficient way.
∎ Conducting the Performance Appraisal System on a yearly basis and or when needed to find out the present and future desired performance of the employees and provide required corrective action plan and or strategic help to achieve the goals & objectives of the Group.
∎ Planning, evaluating and implementing the Increment and promotion related issues based on the performance of the employees.
∎ Keeping continuous communication with the factory HR & Compliance teams of the Group for smooth functional operation.
∎ Visiting the factories on a frequent basis in order to ensure the HR and Compliance related functions as per the requirement.
∎ Ensuring that the units are ready to face the Social Compliance audit and attending the Audits as and when required.
∎ Remain updated regarding internal company policies & procedures, compliance-related Code of Conducts, and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes as required.
∎ Coordinating the legal affairs issues of the company and ensuring that all related matters are processed on time.
∎ Handling the grievance matters/ dispute resolution with a fair mindset and proper judgment in a prompt manner.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management as and when required.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
