Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance with FCA/ FCMA/ MBA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide analytical support including development of the long-term financial plan, annual operating plan budget, capital project analysis, monthly forecasts and performance analysis.
∎ Analysis of Financial Statements and providing feedback to BOD on profit/Loss.
∎ Managing a company's financial accounting monitoring and reporting systems. Supervision of accounts in multi-user accounting software. Preparation of monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly financial statements and reports with extensive financial analysis for the BOD meeting, AGM, Management Committee meeting etc.
∎ Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the NBR. RJSC, BOI, Customs etc.
∎ Deal with RJSC regarding share issue, allotment, Share transfer, Appointment and registration of Directors, change of clause and submission of return etc.
∎ Oversees fund investments and collaborates with investment bankers to seek extra funding for development.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Highly developed analytical skills with ability to review complex data and make appropriate decisions with high degree of accuracy.
∎ Directs the creation of all financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax and VAT returns, and reports to governmental agencies.
∎ Managing the financial planning and budgeting procedures, as well as managing the creation of all financial reporting.
∎ Co-coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Production Department to ensure maximum utilization of Resources.
∎ Liaison with Bank and Financial Institution to arrange fund.
∎ Accounts Receivable Management, Payable, Inventory and fixed assets management.
∎ Preparation of Year Ending General Accounts.
∎ Have to knowledge about IPO and Bond.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 60 years
∎ Analyze financial data, cost breakdown for monitoring, establish professional relationship with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Finance, Bank Operation, Accounts & Commercial.
∎ A team player who can also manage work independently.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ A self-starter with high sense of urgency.
∎ Must have knowledge about corporate finance, composite finance, SME finance, LC, LTR, UPAS LC, CC, Bank Guarantee, Business loan, Car loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, all kind of term loan, funded or non-funded finance etc.
∎ Knowledge in GFET, import/export policy, TBML, CRM Policy, relevant circulars and guidelines (external and internal), loan documentation, etc.
