Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review and verify all transactions processed through the EPS Payment Gateway for accuracy and completeness.
∎ Settle transactions promptly and accurately in accordance with established settlement schedules and procedures.
∎ Monitor settlement queues and investigate and resolve any discrepancies or exceptions promptly.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments, including Cash Management Office, to ensure timely settlement of transactions initiated through the Payment Gateway.
∎ Reconcile settlement transactions against corresponding bank statements and transaction records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
∎ Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk Management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
∎ Provide support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders regarding transaction settlement inquiries and issues.
∎ Maintain documentation and records related to transaction settlement activities, ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
∎ Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of transaction settlement processes.

∎ Position Overview:
∎ The Transaction Settlement Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of transaction settlement within our EPS (Easy Payment System) Payment Gateway. This role involves monitoring, verifying, and settling transactions initiated through the Payment Gateway and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
