Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Analyze changes in regulatory reporting requirements and update reporting processes as necessary.
∎ Collaborate with various internal departments, including compliance, finance, and operations, to gather and validate required information.
∎ Monitor and analyze transactions and company activities to ensure that they comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain documentation of regulatory reporting processes and procedures.
∎ Assist in the management of regulatory examinations and audits, including the preparation of requested documents and responses to regulatory inquiries.
∎ Provide training and guidance to other team members on regulatory requirements and reporting procedures.
∎ Stay informed of developments and changes in regulations that affect the fintech industry and interpret the potential impact on the company.
∎ Implement and utilize financial reporting systems and tools to streamline reporting processes.

∎ The Regulatory Reporting Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of accurate and timely reports to regulatory bodies. This role demands a high level of precision and an in-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance issues specific to the financial services industry.
