Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee the financial activities of multiple wings of the group.
∎ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
∎ Ensure compliance with VAT, tax and other statutory regulations.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
∎ Supervise the budgeting process and monitor financial performance.
∎ Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
∎ Handle cash flow management and ensure optimal fund utilization.
∎ Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and decision-making.
∎ Understood commercial functions and banking.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the group, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing financial reporting and contributing to strategic decision-making.
