Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate the timely scheduling of deliveries based on customer orders and payment confirmation.
∎ Ensure that products are dispatched accurately and on time, aligning with customer requirements.
∎ Liaise with the logistics team to track the status of deliveries and address any delays or issues.
∎ Verify bank payment confirmations before proceeding with delivery dispatch.
∎ Maintain records of payment confirmations, ensuring no delivery is made without proper payment validation.
∎ Work closely with the finance department to reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies.
∎ Ensure that inventory is updated after each delivery to maintain accurate stock records.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or stock discrepancies.
∎ Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all deliveries, payments, and customer transactions.
∎ Prepare and update necessary reports related to the dispatch and payment confirmation processes.

∎ Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
∎ Collaborate with the accounts and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
