• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Receive and verify Delivery Orders (DO) and post them accurately into the ERP system.

• Maintain route-wise serial and complete undelivered posting properly.

• Perform regular data entry and updates in the ERP system related to delivery operations.

• Prepare and update delivery-wise stock reports on a regular basis.

• Receive finished goods, verify quantities, and cross-check physical stock with ERP records.

• Prepare and maintain national stock reports based on delivery and inventory data.

• Receive petty cash, maintain proper records, and prepare related expense statements.

• Prepare delivery, stock, and accounts-related reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to identify and resolve ERP-related discrepancies.

• Any other tasks assign by the management.
